01 · I · Race Red
The Starting Pulse
The first splash, the first heartbeat of competition. One marks the beginning of everything in CageRace: one moment, one chance, one race to define the rest.
Founding Partner Tier · Territory Licensing
This is not a fan reward.
It is a territory-level commercial position.
The Highest-Level Offering
It grants a partner the right to build, operate, and scale the format across sport, media, and commercial layers. No existing league. No incumbent operator. No locked broadcast structure.
The first partner in each territory defines how the sport launches there. Later entrants will not have that latitude.
Why This Tier Exists
Families, supporters, and insiders have funded athletes for decades — with little long-term return and little real control over the sport they backed.
FormulaH2o offers a different position. Not funding an athlete. Not supporting a club. Helping build a professional layer for the sport itself — and operating it inside a defined market.
What CageRace Is
Short-duration sprint racing. Cumulative fatigue. Unstable race conditions. Visible physical consequence. Engineered to produce unpredictable outcomes and watchable breakdown.
Viable as participation sport, event property, and media format. First tested January 2026 — 120,000 organic views from a single event.
First-Mover Position
The first partner in each territory defines how the sport is introduced, how the audience is built, and how the commercial model is structured.
Territories are not granted passively — they are awarded to operators capable of executing rollout. If we don't state the position, no one can take it.
The 16 Territories
Tier reflects market scale, media infrastructure, commercial depth, and the upfront Territory License Fee set in the formal agreement. Australia is Edition I — already in play.
Tier 3 · Premium Markets
Mature media economies. Established broadcast ecosystems. Premium sponsor depth. Highest-tier upfront fee.
Tier 2 · Established Markets
Developed sporting economies. Active rights markets. Regional media strength. Mid-tier upfront fee.
Tier 1 · Emerging Markets
High-growth territories. Open sporting landscapes. Rising digital audiences. Entry-tier upfront fee.
Commercial Terms
FormulaH2o is a two-layer commercial structure: a one-time Territory License Fee, plus a revenue share on everything the partner earns running the format locally.
Upfront · Territory License Fee
One-time. Non-refundable.
Set in the formal agreement, scaled by market classification, exclusivity scope, and initial term. Secures initial access to the CageRace system, priority negotiation position, and the right to activate the territory.

Rights & Control

Why The 16 Matter
Sixteen Roman numerals. Sixteen fixed colours. Sixteen trident identities. Each number is a seed capital unit of CageRace — a team slot a major sponsor bids to own.
Lane sponsor, race-night partner, season-long presenting rights: the number is the deal. The chapters below explain each one.
The Numbers, Up Close
01 · I · Race Red
The first splash, the first heartbeat of competition. One marks the beginning of everything in CageRace: one moment, one chance, one race to define the rest.
02 · II · Crimson
Two lines, two lanes, two champions colliding. Two is the tension of the head-to-head, the mirror match where every stroke is a reply, every breath a challenge.
03 · III · Blaze Orange
Three forces in motion: effort, time, and consequence. Three is the minimum needed for a true contest, the first configuration of strategy, rivalry, and legacy.
04 · IV · Amber
Four walls, four corners, four directions. Four is the cage itself — the boundary that shapes the race, the structure that turns chaos into spectacle.
05 · V · Acid Green
Five is the middle turning point, the breath between effort and payoff. It carries the weight of “halfway there, halfway back,” the first honest reckoning of who can endure.
06 · VI · Neon Green
Six is motion pushed into overdrive. It is the surge in the third length, the moment the crowd leans forward and the race stops being polite and starts being real.
07 · VII · Aqua
Seven is the edge of the mind's limit. It is the point where instinct overrides calculation, where the body, the edge, and the will blur into one final lunge.
08 · VIII · Cyan
Eight is rhythm perfected: eight strokes, eight seconds, eight perfect meters. It is the zone where the swimmer and the pool become one continuous current.
09 · IX · Electric Blue
Nine is the last stretch before the touch. It is the last investment of energy, the last breath held, the last decision that separates the almost-champion from the champion.
10 · X · Indigo
Ten is the benchmark, the reference line of excellence. It is the time that lingers in the crowd's memory, the number athletes chase and fans quote for years.
11 · XI · Violet
Eleven is the one more than enough. It is the extra push, the extra week of training, the extra beat of courage that turns silver into gold and “almost” into “legend.”
12 · XII · Hot Magenta
Twelve closes the first full cycle. It is the full round of heats, the complete set of stories, the first full chapter in a CageRace night.
13 · XIII · Deep Pink
Thirteen is boldly embraced, the “unlucky” number turned into a badge of courage. In CageRace, it stands for risk-takers, underdogs, and those who dare to race on the edge.
14 · XIV · White
Fourteen is the submerged intensity, the underwater phase where nothing is seen but everything is felt. It is the hidden layer of the race, the part only the swimmer truly knows.
15 · XV · Silver
Fifteen is the final stretch of the session, the last best chance before the night ends. It carries the weight of “last call,” “last chance,” and “last memory” in the water.
16 · XVI · Black
Sixteen is everything added together: 16 lanes, 16 stories, 16 moments of triumph and failure compressed into one event. Sixteen is the complete CageRace experience — beginning to end, pulse to legacy.
The Auction
The live sponsor auction opens alongside the Indiegogo campaign. Sixteen bidders. Sixteen outcomes. Only one winner of each number.
