Founding Partner Tier · Territory Licensing

FormulaH2o

This is not a fan reward.
It is a territory-level commercial position.

The Highest-Level Offering

The mechanism for launching CageRace inside a country.

It grants a partner the right to build, operate, and scale the format across sport, media, and commercial layers. No existing league. No incumbent operator. No locked broadcast structure.

The first partner in each territory defines how the sport launches there. Later entrants will not have that latitude.

Why This Tier Exists

Swimming has always relied on private backing.

Families, supporters, and insiders have funded athletes for decades — with little long-term return and little real control over the sport they backed.

FormulaH2o offers a different position. Not funding an athlete. Not supporting a club. Helping build a professional layer for the sport itself — and operating it inside a defined market.

What CageRace Is

A repeatable pressure format.

Short-duration sprint racing. Cumulative fatigue. Unstable race conditions. Visible physical consequence. Engineered to produce unpredictable outcomes and watchable breakdown.

Viable as participation sport, event property, and media format. First tested January 2026 — 120,000 organic views from a single event.

First-Mover Position

No league. No incumbent.

The first partner in each territory defines how the sport is introduced, how the audience is built, and how the commercial model is structured.

Territories are not granted passively — they are awarded to operators capable of executing rollout. If we don't state the position, no one can take it.

Commercial Terms

The upfront.
The ongoing royalty.

FormulaH2o is a two-layer commercial structure: a one-time Territory License Fee, plus a revenue share on everything the partner earns running the format locally.

Upfront · Territory License Fee

One-time. Non-refundable.

Set in the formal agreement, scaled by market classification, exclusivity scope, and initial term. Secures initial access to the CageRace system, priority negotiation position, and the right to activate the territory.

Ongoing · Royalty on Gross Revenue in Territory

Media · Broadcast · OTT

20%

Of all media, broadcast, streaming, and OTT revenue generated within the territory.

Sponsorship · Brand

15%

Of all sponsorship, brand partnership, and category deal revenue within the territory.

Events · Participation

10%

Of all ticket, entry, hospitality, and participation fee revenue within the territory.

Minimum Annual Royalty

A$25K – A$100K / year

Reporting · Payment

Quarterly · 30 day terms

Initial Term

3 – 5 years · renewable

Royalty applies to Gross Revenue (all CageRace-related income before costs, excluding GST/VAT). Where calculated royalties fall below the minimum, the partner pays the difference. Global media, broadcast, and OTT rights remain under CageRace HQ unless otherwise agreed in writing.

What The Territory Partner Receives

The system.
The stack. The playbook.

Format Bible

Race mechanics, timing rules, head-to-head architecture, cumulative scoring. The non-negotiable core.

Visual Bible

Framing, colour treatment, pacing, edit rhythm. Raw cinematic vertical-first. No overproduction.

Tech Stack

iPhone 17 Pro Max spatial capture, TILTA underwater cages, 14× Insta360 X5, DJI Matrice drones, OLLY overhead AI timing.

Narrative Rules

Pressure, fatigue, consequence, performance. What we show, what we never show, how tension is built.

Auction Mechanic

The 16-team model — same Roman numerals, your national colour palette, your local champions.

Rights & Control

Priority negotiation. Defined territory. Approval on first event, flagship content, major campaigns.

Sixteen numbers. Sixteen teams.
One live auction.

Why The 16 Matter

Each number is a team slot.
Each team slot goes to auction.

Sixteen Roman numerals. Sixteen fixed colours. Sixteen trident identities. Each number is a seed capital unit of CageRace — a team slot a major sponsor bids to own.

Lane sponsor, race-night partner, season-long presenting rights: the number is the deal. The chapters below explain each one.

One through Sixteen.
What each number means.

01 · I · Race Red

The Starting Pulse

The first splash, the first heartbeat of competition. One marks the beginning of everything in CageRace: one moment, one chance, one race to define the rest.

#FF0000 · PMS 032 C

02 · II · Crimson

The Duel

Two lines, two lanes, two champions colliding. Two is the tension of the head-to-head, the mirror match where every stroke is a reply, every breath a challenge.

#DC143C · PMS 199 C

03 · III · Blaze Orange

The Triad

Three forces in motion: effort, time, and consequence. Three is the minimum needed for a true contest, the first configuration of strategy, rivalry, and legacy.

#FF6600 · PMS 021 C

04 · IV · Amber

The Frame

Four walls, four corners, four directions. Four is the cage itself — the boundary that shapes the race, the structure that turns chaos into spectacle.

#FFAA00 · PMS 137 C

05 · V · Acid Green

The Halfway Shift

Five is the middle turning point, the breath between effort and payoff. It carries the weight of “halfway there, halfway back,” the first honest reckoning of who can endure.

#AAFF00 · PMS 381 C

06 · VI · Neon Green

The Acceleration

Six is motion pushed into overdrive. It is the surge in the third length, the moment the crowd leans forward and the race stops being polite and starts being real.

#00FF44 · PMS 802 C

07 · VII · Aqua

The Unknown Edge

Seven is the edge of the mind's limit. It is the point where instinct overrides calculation, where the body, the edge, and the will blur into one final lunge.

#00FFCC · PMS 3252 C

08 · VIII · Cyan

The Flow

Eight is rhythm perfected: eight strokes, eight seconds, eight perfect meters. It is the zone where the swimmer and the pool become one continuous current.

#00CCFF · PMS 2995 C

09 · IX · Electric Blue

The Final Burst

Nine is the last stretch before the touch. It is the last investment of energy, the last breath held, the last decision that separates the almost-champion from the champion.

#0088FF · PMS 2728 C

10 · X · Indigo

The Standard

Ten is the benchmark, the reference line of excellence. It is the time that lingers in the crowd's memory, the number athletes chase and fans quote for years.

#4400FF · PMS 2736 C

11 · XI · Violet

The Extra

Eleven is the one more than enough. It is the extra push, the extra week of training, the extra beat of courage that turns silver into gold and “almost” into “legend.”

#8800FF · PMS 2665 C

12 · XII · Hot Magenta

The Circle Complete

Twelve closes the first full cycle. It is the full round of heats, the complete set of stories, the first full chapter in a CageRace night.

#FF00CC · PMS 812 C

13 · XIII · Deep Pink

The Lucky Edge

Thirteen is boldly embraced, the “unlucky” number turned into a badge of courage. In CageRace, it stands for risk-takers, underdogs, and those who dare to race on the edge.

#FF0066 · PMS 806 C

14 · XIV · White

The Depth Charge

Fourteen is the submerged intensity, the underwater phase where nothing is seen but everything is felt. It is the hidden layer of the race, the part only the swimmer truly knows.

#FFFFFF · PMS White

15 · XV · Silver

The Last Stand

Fifteen is the final stretch of the session, the last best chance before the night ends. It carries the weight of “last call,” “last chance,” and “last memory” in the water.

#AAAAAA · PMS 877 C

16 · XVI · Black

The Full Spectrum

Sixteen is everything added together: 16 lanes, 16 stories, 16 moments of triumph and failure compressed into one event. Sixteen is the complete CageRace experience — beginning to end, pulse to legacy.

#444444 · PMS Black C
