David Morgan underwater at TORRENT — every stroke captured, every angle logged

Make it
your own.

01 · A New Way to Watch Sport

Most sport is broadcast
once.

One race. One edit. One story. Everyone sees the same thing.

CageRace is built differently.

We design the event for the screen from the beginning — not just the pool deck. Every moment is captured as part of a larger story system.

Who's fading. Who's pushing.
Who's gambling. Who survives.

And then we open that system to the audience.

Walkback at TORRENT — every reaction captured

CageRace isn't just filmed.
It's logged.

Every race, every reaction, every rest period, every collapse — captured and structured into a living library.

Indexed. Tagged. Connected. So it can be rebuilt.

Posters & Calendars

Shot by Gary Brinkman.
Former US National Champion.

Brinkman won major distance freestyle titles, including U.S. national championships in the 400, 800, and 1,500 meters, and was a seven-time All-American at Southern Illinois. The South African-born swimmer moved to Australia but politics ruined his chances of making the National Team. He's on ours!

The Stretch Goal · The Fan Layer

We build the first
CageRace Fan Engine.

Not a fantasy system. A working layer built on real footage, real metadata, and real preferences.

03 · What It Unlocks

Choose What You Follow

Build your own lens
into the competition.

Track a swimmer, a country, a rivalry, or a type of race.

Shape the Story

Backers influence
the narrative.

  • ›  Matchups
  • ›  Bracket formats
  • ›  Featured arcs
  • ›  Rematches that matter

Not everything. But enough to matter.

04 · Get Your Own Version

Same event.
Different experience.

The system assembles personalised recaps based on what you care about.

Feed 01

Underdogs Only

Follow the swimmers nobody expected to be here.

Feed 02

High-Risk Sprint Chaos

Every gamble, every step-up, every collapse under pressure.

Feed 03

One Athlete. Full Event.

Their journey. Start to finish. Every round.

Feed 04

Collapse & Turning Points

When the body gives out and character takes over.

Every CageRace event produces
two things.

01

The Master Broadcast

The official version — edited and released as a complete story.

02

The Structured Archive

Every shot logged with meaning: who's in frame, what's happening.

06 · Already Happening

Personalised sports storytelling
is already happening.

Major publishers now generate player-specific highlight feeds, custom recap packages, and audience-driven viewing paths.

CageRace takes that idea and
builds it in from the start.

Because our format is tighter. Shorter races. Clear pressure. Repeatable structure. That makes it possible to reshape the story without breaking it.

A system built on real footage

A structured media library

AI-assisted clipping and assembly

Audience preference shaping the output

The story still comes from the pool.
We just give the audience more ways to experience it.

We use AI.
But humans race humans.

We use AI to create storyboards for scenes we can't afford to build yet.

We use AI to re-create scenes we could have filmed — if we'd been there.

We will use AI to re-create extreme wide shots for stadiums we won't be allowed to film in.

We use AI to plan camera arrays, and AI to process terabytes of data.

But human emotion at the ignition point of extreme sport — in an environment 800× denser than air — needs humans.

Humans to race. Humans to film.
